The convivial atmosphere in the kitchen puts everyone at ease for learning and having a great time. A hands-on experience with personal attention and a maximum of 10 per class. High quality teaching by your chef. Complete beginners through to gourmet chefs feel at home as dishes from easy-to-prepare one-minute dishes to that special gourmet meal are taught.
	This course is aimed at those who love presentation and those extra details which give your dishes that special something to delight friends at a dinner party in a delightfully relaxed, warm atmosphere. Our chef's imagination has led him to invent some delicious dishes that will enchant your plate and awaken your tastebuds to a palate of flavours with easy-to-follow gastronomic French recipes. Our relaxed, informal Cooking Course is given in French with a discreet translation for non French speakers and is a pleasant way to immerse yourself in the French way of life and eat good provincial, family-style food at the same time. Participants have their French Cooking class in the afternoons, then everyone sits down at table to enjoy their creations. The 6-day French Cooking Course includes: 5 morning French Classes in the General French Language Course 4 afternoon Cooking Classes where you learn to make typical, French Country dishes, sauces and desserts. Start at 2.30 pm 6-days accommodation and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) except Saturday lunch and dinner
